New Computer

Pretty excited about the computer I just ordered.
I bought it from iBUYPOWER.com. The site seems a little sketchy, but I know a couple people who have ordered from it before. Seems reputable enough.

I thought about building the computer myself, but I priced out the components on NewEgg and the system was actually a few hundred dollars cheaper on iBUYPOWER. (Very surprising).

Anyway, I don't expect many of you to be interested, but if you are, here are the specs:

Pending improvements:

  1. I'll probably buy a SSD at some point. Fast boot times, but I head the read/write times are terrible. So I'll probably load the OS on the SSD and install everything else on a standard harddrive.
  2. I think more RAM is needed (or desired) so I'll upgrade to 16GB too.
  3. Blu-ray player... just because they're fun.

I think I did pretty well. Thoughts?
